You could also add some seasonal outdoor games.Rates: Experiment with adjusting the rates to see if you can draw people in.

and many who just want to live in an area with year round outdoor activies I guess.when I think of a bunch of the new houses I built in the last few years.. many were sold to out of state... folks from Texas ( wanted to get out of the heat)  Austrialia  ,, Seattle ,Califonria of course.. many from the rust belt etc... because here you can actually buy a nice home for 250 to 400k...
