I would love to find a place where several of us could quickly grab a drink or bite to eat and then jump into networking and learning from each other.

No cost but try to purchase a drink if you want.

My goal is to create a mini resort style theme , with additional up charges for on call massages / drinks and food catering .

If you function better drinking out of a fire house, go for bigger.

There is a nominal yearly fee for this group (I believe it's 55 dollars), which is used to cover soft drinks, a sandwich tray, and renting of meeting space.

I think any city outside of downtowns can provide cash flow, but it will just be a little rough neighborhood, i.e. cars being up on jacks, drinking on the porch, fences in poor condition, etc.
