I am disappointed the Robert Kiyosaki would jeopardize his good brand and name to milk more money out of thousands of people through this coaching scheme. 

I too am disappointed that someone who claims to be in the business and is clearly soliciting funding is either so naive that they do not understand basic aspects pertaining to lending or is unethical.

Disappointed every time.

Everyone who is hording cash expecting the same kinds of deals people got in 08 and 09 will be sorely disappointed. 

Your Advertising is terrible.Your pictures need to be taken by a professional who knows how to get the proper angles and make the rooms look spacious.You need sod now because that grass isn't gonna grow for a long time in that heat.The carpet should only be in the bedrooms.I know you're disappointed but now is the time to make a decision.Either drop the asking by 20k or advertise it as a one year lease.

Going through the responses, I'm disappointed at so much criticism of others helpful advice, especially from a few younger members of BP and their references to the ignorant "old" people here.

If you think moving cities is going to make contractors more reliable I am sorry to disappoint you, if they know you are out of state you will be there last priority. 

So few people help out- very disappointing.

@Takeshia Martin  I agree with Kristine Marie Poe  not sure why all these folks get disappointed because they cant just read BP and have no money no credit and become real estate investors and live their dream.. get  A job for gods sake.. get a RE license sell RE you will earn while you learn... this whole Guru BP stuff about having no money no credit and get rich in real estate is just a bunch of BS... you need to earn it first.. then you can flourish.. you need a reality check and not get down on yourself..
