Browsed Zillow and driving around the city looking for properties.

So far I am aware of using bandit signs, driving through neighborhoods, and going up to the court house and browsing through records.  

The interface is also beautiful and a lot easier to use than Cozy in my opinion.

It's okay but the interface works well only with duplexes, tri-plexes, quads and SFRs.

I happened to be browsing one of those real estate marketplace sites (zillow, realtor.com, etc..) looking for a multi-family unit to buy and I come across the exact property that I'm currently renting, listed for sale!

I’ve been browsing Craigslist and have been seeing the same properties listed and even some dropping the price and having “move in specials”.

Here in NY the ban is clearly only on evictions for non-payment - but I am not sure how the federal moratorium interfaces with our state law, and the additional challenge (at least here in NY) is even if you are allowed to evict today is finding a judge to hear your case. 

In addition browse around the BP hallways and look in the forums and it wont take long to figure out what spots folks are talking about. 

I've browsed through the forums here to help me out, but I'd love any advice from please who have either gone through this before or have worked on the insurance side of things.  

They have a simple interface where the tenant is able to pay a small fee (I think around $15) and then they are able to share the credit report with me.Unfortunately they have been having some difficulties with their website.
