Timing is another story and SF and OAK market recently peaked (late 2015), so I'm not in a rush to invest unless I come across something that clearly has potential to meet or exceed me and my investors target returns w/o taking signifcant risk.Like I said, I'm fine to agree to disagree.

Keep in mind though even some types of healthy trees like oaks will drop small branches so trimming won't eliminate this.
