(I like MFR)-It's got some great stuff going for it - one of the best medical facilities in THE WORLD, two of the best sports teams in the country (Cavs and Indians), rock and roll hall of fame, several fortune 500 HQ's, a flourishing arts/culture/music scene, and the infrastructure of what was once one of the richest cities in the world.

Also, if you choose FL, move to that has a similar demographic as you (age, education level, etc) - some areas of the State can be quite geriatric and/or be devoid of any culture

I also understand the seller advantage if it's in bad condition and that they don't have to deal with a renovation to put it on the market.I realize the equation 70 percent of ARV minus repairs is for the rehabber that's why I'm saying it should be a normal cultural thing for a seller who1. wants to sell the property fast with all cash2.
