You go to school, you get education.What do you do when you want to fly a plane?

Do I literally have to book a plane ticket to Atlanta, rent a car and spend a night in a hotel to get this arrest citation resolved?

If no one wants to buy up the cheap homes locally, there is a good reason for it..It's the same as a CA investor getting off the plane in the midwest and thinking everything is a killer deal because they're being offered homes for 60k instead of 600k.

lol with real estate, I am always working... even when I was in my honey moon away in the mountains(I was in the middle of a deal, my new husband had to drive me around to find internet and cell phone receptions) He has planed our honeymoon months before the wedding but he changed the honeymoon plan so I can have my deal.

Right now I have two military, a FedEx pilot, a doctor, an ICU nurse, a rancher, a business owner, a teacher...They follow the rules, they pay on time, and they take care of my properties.That being said, I’m not friends with them.

However, the profitability and cashflow from it was way under what I have planed for or anticipated.

All the travel I do I use airline time for recreational reading.. although with Gogo internet and free streaming movies I find myself watching movies these days on the plane. for the motivational guys I like to listen to the tapes..

Most importability, it's close enough that you can pop over when needed without spending a fortune on plane tickets or spending 2 days flying back and forth across the country.
