Anyone have a tax planner that is well versed in both real estate AND crypto?

Hello BP family!Does anyone have an inspection company they would recommend for inspection of a small commercial multifamily in Central or Northern New Jersey?Appreciate it!Ty 

I have coin-operated laundry on-site so I figure avg # of gallons per load x number of loads a month, deduct that from the total bill and then divide the rest.

I personally want both sides of the coin for diversification.

Coin op laundry and maybe a sliding credit for meeting low water usage targets? 

Most of my investments up to this point have been gold, silver and rare coins but Detroit can't be in distress forever.

These tasks included, inter alia, cleaning common areas, collecting coins from washing machines, performing repairs at their properties, communicating with tenants, collecting and depositing rent, maintaining insurance policies purchasing materials for the properties as needed, paying bills and keeping book and records for tax accounting purposes. 

Definitely ask a CPA but I do have a few clients who bought properties through me and are self managing and are planning to turn over management to our PM co in 2024.
