The seller posted the ad Wed. for $4,000 MH and lot  around 10pm and I saw it about 30 min. later and emailed him a lowball offer figuring the home must be ready for the landfill.  

I’m not sure I’d be happy running a retail business listening to loud weddings each weekend or business speeches throughout the week and into the evenings.

My current goals are saving for my wedding in July, remodeling my newly acquired house, and getting me and my future wife out of debt (student loans) as soon as possible.

I get that my blog isn't a celebrity gossip site and probably wont hit crazy numbers, but I write in a fairly entertaining manner and make it easy to read for the regular person, so I'm hoping it will get some exposure. 

I did a podcast episode recently with a Carrot client in San Diego that did a couple big wholesale deals... was celebrating big time... then hit a brick wall when it came to getting more deals done.

We are actively in the market and looking for 2-4 units and hopeful to close in Albany before our wedding in August!

My last deal was in Westchester representing a celebrity who could no longer afford the Santa Monica area.  

There was some damage on that unit I knew about and don't expect that to be fixed, but I'm also paying for my upcoming wedding and dropping a couple grand to make a unit rentable when I offered above list because the unit was in 95% turnkey condition.
