Crossing our fingers.

The next rain storm will help me validate the fix (keeping fingers crossed), Its going to be very challenging for me but I am planning to go to the attic this time just to make sure its not leaking any more.

I do a lot of SEC 8 renting and to save my poor fingers from typing a novel every time this question comes up, I put my answer in a blog post. 

Located in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York - I'm currently looking at a roughly $4,000 sqft property that's zoned as 3 units. 1 bed 1 bath, 1 bed 1 bath, and a 3 bed 3.5 bath, which I would Airbnb because of the layout.

You shouldn't need more than a week or two to turnover units (fingers crossed :-))It's dealer's choice on whether or not you want to leave your units vacant during the winter - I wouldn't personally as that is throwing cash out the window as well as may cause maintenance issues in the future depending on your plumbing, heating, etc. not being used for an extended amount of time.As far as them not leaving in time for Summer - I wouldn't worry about that too much.

I see wholesaling as a great asset to our business moving forward, allowing us to keep our finger on the motivated seller pulse. 

This isn't the first time the restoration company has dealt with someone hiding behind their finger.

I currently have two duplexes and am looking at acquiring the next property soon -- hoping for a 3-6-plex with plenty of room to force appreciation and BRRRR into deal 4, fingers crossed.

A bit distasteful, but part of the business.My tenant already has a move-out plan, I anticipate it won't be messy (crossing fingers), and I just don't want him there a day longer than I need to.
