I've been tackling this at around 1-1.5 hrs per day (part of my Miracle Morning routine) and of course, missed some days as I focused on other things... but for the most part I've been pretty directly focused on this course.In the beginning, things felt a bit too basic and generic.

I doubt this is a market I want to tackle.

I think I'd like to get into rehabbing one day, but I want to tackle home ownership and rental basics first.I've started analyzing hackable houses in a couple neighborhoods/towns I'm interested in on sites like Trulia and Zillow, but I haven't started reaching out to real estate agents yet.

I am looking for an agent in the Phoenix area who is familiar with the BRRRR strategy and can help me find small multi-family properties to tackle.
