Why not have her stuff moved to a storage unit (with her permission)?

I DO have written permission to sublet from the landlord, typed into the lease, so no worries there.

Yes, we've had lease-options where the tenant/buyer (T/B) made capital improvements without permission and eventually moved out.The option agreement they signed clearly stated that any improvements made become part of the property.

Just like on Facebook, a groups creator can give trusted individuals who contribute regularly, permissions to approve posts or take down posts that violate the groups rules.
