I typically like midgrade finishes but because of that I am having to search the discount outlets.

Cost is about 3k to put in per unit with the chargers, 1.8k with just nema outlets.

Hello BP community A buddy of mine has a property that has a laundry room in the bathroom While strange this is not uncommonWhat is the code for running a gas line to the dryer instead of having a 240 outlet?

@Mike Reynolds current property I'm looking at is from a wholesaler and rather than doing a general guesstimate I would like to break it down more itemized,... switches, outlets, covers, vents, lights, paint, faucets...ect.

My lease doesn't say you can't put knives in electrical outlets, but if someone chooses to, I am not liable for the result.

Time for a new agent.....If any STR owners operating in Florida have some referrals to insurance agents/brokers that can help me out, let me know. 

I find doorframes, outlets, and any broken pieces of trim around the house to be the most helpful places to "peak behind" and see how many layers I can spot. 

Here the basics that the inspector will look at:- Windows and Doors are installed and working- No major damage to floors and walls- All plumbing works, hot and cold water, no leaks, etc - Exhaust fan or window in all bathrooms- Electrical works with cover plates on all outlets/switches- A light installed in every major room, etc- Working heating system- Smoke detector on every floor- Stairs and walkways up to code
