That’s not to say you shouldn’t invest in this area it’s one of the fastest appreciating and safest markets in the country! 

I am not sure if I did it correctly, but I just went on google and searched something along the lines of "fastest growing cities in California" and I stumbled upon Folsom/Sacramento being the #1 spot.

As valuable as these forums are, the fastest way to learn these "interpersonal elements" like what to say is to get out there and do it!

This IMO will be the fastest and easiest way to acquire cash.    

Then once they get a local voucher, the absolute fastest we can possibly get them moved in is 20 days from the day we turn their paperwork in.

All you need to do is look at 10 fastest appreciating markets for last decade and compare them to the national average.
