I think there’s an issue with the A/C or maybe a blockage in the ducts because the a/c is running nonstop but won’t cool below 75 degrees (it’s set on 68 with the fan running). its been hard to regulate the temperature in the house for awhile but more intermittently.

@ed @Ed Perez I always recommend wood or tile, unless you have a C or D property and you know that they will be rough on he property, look at vinyl

I'm fairly new to LI myself, so I'm really only familiar with Nassau at the moment.With regards to C or D neighborhoods, that references the overall quality of an area.
