We have all paperwork (appraisals, surveys, inspection, insurance, etc) Everything is wrapped and ready to go. 

From survey to finish carpentry, all others get paid as the work gets done. 

But to make it really useful, we need your input.We've put together a quick survey to get your take on things.

We use what the licensed appraiser says is the regular market rents (called a market survey and you pay extra for this).

Surveys that ask these sort of questions state that something like 80% of people say that their personal finances are in good shape, but when asked about the state of the economy, only something like 20-25% think the economy is in good shape (I'm spit balling a bit on those number, so give or take 5% on those percentages). 

I've completed a geotechnical surveys to ensure the lot is indeed buildable, which it is.My idea is to subdivide the land (the lot is 120' wide) into 3-4 parcels and market as single family homes. 

Also see if they have any survey/wetland information for the lot at the town office.

I’m guessing the other 34% are renting to family, in the middle of a multi-year lease, are lying to the survey taker to sound like angels, or are retired ma/pa operators that don’t know better and haven’t increased rent in 10 years.
