I have been absolutely stunned with the ability to increase rent on all those buildings.I'm not suggesting that area, but if you could find one that has aggressive growth, movement of businesses to the area, and other criteria that have been mentioned often here on bigger pockets, I think you could be successful in a very few number of years.Good luck.Rich Weese
