This 4 bedroom 2 bath 1560 sq ft home has a small 180 foot cut out back porch we will be filling in to inclease our over all sq foot.I purchased this home from a wholesaler I met at the Inland Empire Real Estate Club for just under $177,000 and the construction budget is $43,800.

We oddly enough moved back from SoCal 3 yrs ago as well bc of the growing infrastructure in the area, affordable housing (when compared to our old backyards - Inland Empire/Orlando), reasonable drive to the MTNs/Beach, ~1-2 hr drive to larger cities/airports, and just frankly the beautiful landscape of the Tennessee valley! 

US Safety and quality will continue to attract huge amounts of capital keeping a governor on rates.When inflation returns landlords will raise rents even more.And a game as old empire will continue...

My goal is not to build an empire.   

Sure, someone can buy properties and build a billion dollar empire, but the exchange is 10-14 hour work-days, nah, i'll pass.

We live and buy in the Inland Empire of Southern California.

If you remove the assets accumulated before meeting someone from the equation and then decide to build an empire together after marriage, isn't this the best of both worlds?
