Cast iron plumbing or pvc?

I know many real estate agents that can’t qualify for  a mortgage, how ironic is that?

We also do volunteer as well (ironically, during our vacations), but I suspect that will ramp up as the years go on.In England we call this living to work.

The plumbing is cast iron, the windows are old and don’t shut all the way( they were painted shut during walk) There was also a crack in the foundation.

The title company if fully liable in court to paying out escrow according to the signed sales agreement, so if the agreement isn't iron-clad on who receives the hand money following a cancellation, then we have to get attorneys involved to settle the dispute.

The end caps in the kit come with heat-activated glue that you're supposed to use an iron on, but it sucks.

Before setting your price, you should have a fairly iron grasp of the market price of your house in its current condition and location and price it accordingly.

If the plumbing is cast iron(often pre-1974) the plumbing needs to be inspected and possibly clogged already.
