The nice thing about the Credit partner, is after they have exhausted the number of loans they can get, they can sell of part of % to someone else as a Buy-in partner, and now they are a cash partner.3 - We just do all the work.Like I said, this isn't the best arrangement for all investors, but it works great for both my local partners and my out of state partners, because of the market I'm in.

Turns out when we were doing renovations my contractor cut off the chimney pipe for the water heater exhaust (water heater is in large crawlspace and exhaust is piped out to side of house).
