We thought of flipping as a creative way to make money for our wedding - but then decided why not keep doing it?

In the past year we've managed to save about $10k even with our wedding and honeymoon (all paid off).

Just weeks prior he invited me to his wedding, which is also in Philippines, and he knows just how involved I am in this thing, so he offered to show me bank figures and how it's all possible.

Absolutely...I have friends who cry about having to 'help' pay off their grown kids student loans & the majority exceed the $35,000 chump change these fools paid.The best was a wedding we were attending where the father handed off the daughters student loans to the groom.

my real gig (besides RE investing) is wedding video production. 

Note investing is a relatively intimate, relationship business, and the conferences are one of the best venues to find experienced investors to JV. 

This project should close by September, aiming for a $100k-$150k profitMy fiancée and I will get married in August (not sure how this changes the structure of the LLC or corporation)I want to deduct all of my real estate expenses (education, events, business meetings, mileage, memberships, etc.) totaling between $30k - $50kI'd like to be able to deduct tuition expenses for myself (finished grad school June 2014) and my fiancée if possibleThis year, I plan on using the profits to pay for the wedding, both school loans, credit cards, and a down payment on a house.  

He does a great job in turn key rentals and isn't wed to any particular city or state. 

By the way this guy is the husband of one of my best girlfriends who I’ve known for years and was in their wedding...
