Got some done, somewhat disappointing but at least there was some progress:Cleared quite a few of the mistakes, not all but at least its getting taken care of and in a some weird way it felt good not sure if thats a good thing or not.Saved some money up, trying to complete tackling the rest of my first goal.

But, even if you keep them under your own name, insurance carriers will require you to transfer these properties from a personal lines policy to a commercial policy--kind of like what you are already seeing with the Progressive umbrella issue you are currently tackling.
