I have several thousand tied up with deposits towards the new property and is leaving me next to broke, while when it goes through I'll be getting $20,000 cash out and can tackle my next 3 deals.

Got some done, somewhat disappointing but at least there was some progress:Cleared quite a few of the mistakes, not all but at least its getting taken care of and in a some weird way it felt good not sure if thats a good thing or not.Saved some money up, trying to complete tackling the rest of my first goal.

I almost responded to this when you first posted but it was just too big for me to tackle at the time.

Due to a very involved renovation that I am still tackling on a separate property, it was important to have this deal go through for little to no money down.

I had planned to tackle that one when I got home so I could focus, but I'll see what I can think of here at work.

I find myself learn the most when I’m forced to face and tackle problems.

But, even if you keep them under your own name, insurance carriers will require you to transfer these properties from a personal lines policy to a commercial policy--kind of like what you are already seeing with the Progressive umbrella issue you are currently tackling.  

I'm looking at purchasing a small mom/pop storage facility with a ton of value add opportunity and a little stuck on what to tackle first.   

We are tackling a few more banks to see how we can develop a relationship.
