I like to review articles and posts on BP to refine my strategy.Then I created a draft system for processing my lists and now I am direct mailing.No leads or deals yet, but my first batch of postcards just shipped so I should be getting some calls.  

Several years ago there were some people on BP that manufactured panelized small homes, and shipped them.

I would say flipping could be a side hustle, cold calling, if you are a realtor you could do leasing.I work offshore in the shipping industry, so when I’m at work there’s a chance I have limited access to internet, but the 28 days I’m not working I am totally free.
