It's a classic, IMHO.I own a ranch in the San Diego/Fallbrook area known as De Luz.

For RE purposes, maybe an additional 5K-ish on top of the down payment for any surprises that come up.

I think unemployment will get back to its pre-coronavirus numbers though it will take time (at least 6-9 months).The economy is good if you look at the classic definition: An economy (from Greek οίκος – "household" and νέμoμαι – "manage") is an area of the production, distribution and trade, as well as consumption of goods and services by different agents.However when I look at US debt - which pretty much every politician with few exceptions have kicked the can down the road - I see a massive problem with inflation. 

I recently heard of a college buying a vacant shopping center to re-purpose for their trade school programs, and a healthcare company buying an older, failing mall to use as a sort of medical office park. 

it was not the court it was the bankruptcy trustee... we sent them the money and I know it was 2 to 3k.. so just a classic waste of our time and effort..

Residential homeowners are about the last ones to realize.We're in the classic dead cat bounce right now.
