Not sure how they negotiate the commission behind the scenes, but my offer always seems to stand out and gets me the deal.  

Anytime I think about how I'm here, it reminds me I can't thank @BiggerPockets .com enough for their site, and specifically @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner, @Scott Trench, @Mindy Jensen for everything they have created along with the entire BP team that works behind the scenes.

My current narrative is "my wife and I are moving to Tucson where I plan to drive for Uber, take some real estate courses, and enjoy the outstanding Native American traditional and contemporary art scenes in Arizona and just see what happens."  

That way you have a better understanding of what is going on behind the scenes when it happens automatically.

I am a Mech E myself, although new to the RE investment scene.

So if the background check the third party service offers is actually being filled by "El Cheapo Checks" behind the scenes then the CPN will likely fly because they won't actually have it verified through the SSA.

I don’t have automation, but we use QBO My wife is the automation lol Seriously though, I actually like reviewing transactions, we learn so much more about what’s happening behind the “financial scenes”. 

I would not recommend for undergrads or vacation areas where party scenes seem to be the thing.
