I would not recommend any hanging light fixtures, replace all with ceiling mounted light fixtures...the only exceptions are ceiling fans.

All they do is plug on day 3 then make your motor work harder and you’ll end up with a $15 filter and $600 fan motor.

I've got a really nice $120 light fixture for $16 just because it was missing a stupid mounting screw.- some won't agree but I install glass top ovens and a fridge with water/ice maker.

And if you're doing any electrical work don't forget the bottle of sparks, decepticons, autobots, and a 360 degree motorized rotating ladder to screw in light bulbs. 

That is a vented usually wall mounted heater.

Older models have a small metal plate mounted on the siding,In the State of Illinois, mobile homes are registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) which is run by the Secretary of State's Office.

Also it’s for the neighborhood.If anyone goes into hotels or something else RE related, please remember there is a business of a bigger purpose behind what runs those things, it’s not all about brick motor and money.
