Either way you need to operate with honesty and integrity and look to serve others by helping them solve their problem and not try to take advantage of anyone.

I looked in Lansdowne and to be honest, I can't live there.  

It’s sad to see that you have to deal with one of these great people... in all honesty like the other comments stated, with a tenant like this it won’t be worth the time and effort to try and pursue for damages beyond full security deposit. 

Also, I have to be honest I don't have kids or anyone relying on my so my position could easily be very wrong...

To be honest, I am not sure how I am going to do it, but I will figure out on the fly.

Thanks  Hi Brady,In all honesty, the numbers don't look too out of the ordinary and the rate seems very competitive given the scenario.

This particular individual had lost their spouse and a son within a 6 month period and wanted to move into an Independent living apartment so he didn't have to take care of the house and yard and to be honest I think he just wanted a fresh start.

I appreciated the honesty including zip codes to avoid, the need to increase my budget a bit, etc.
