Maybe I could install a faux outdoor A/C vent grill to cover up the window??

Our storage units are outdoors, int he alley, and get broken into a lot.  

Say, I do not want to get the preforeclosure leads (pretty houses with no equity) - any way to be immune from those useless leads when advertising outdoors?

My goal is to build a large enough stream of passive income to supplant my salary.I enjoy working out, playing sports, the outdoors, and visiting Miami Beach as many times as i can!

Add to that the access to outdoor adventure and I have fallen in love from a distance. 

We both have a love and passion for rock climbing and spending time in the outdoors.

Billboards, transit benches, bus signs, vehicle graphics, etc...anybody have much success with them?

I currently have one tenant living with me in my 4 bed/3 bath house in Boulder who wants to continue living here so the plan to to find 2-3 more people to fill the other rooms over the next couple months while I find a new place to buy or maybe buy a travel trailer and live/work out of it.I have a full time job as a sports marketing manager in the outdoor industry but work out of my house and like to play in the mountains as much as I can.I feel like I have learned a lot about home renovation/construction while owning my house for 6+ years and look forward to learning a lot more from this community. 

I am looking into investing in an outdoor storage facility.

With carpet...I shampoo and steam clean it time after time after time...then when you think its destroyed...I dye it for $150...looks new....then the cycle starts over again...shampoo and steam cleaning at each turnover....finally after it has been reduced to basically indoor/outdoor carpet thickness....I replace it with the cheapest carpet I can possibly find...usually about .69 cents labor and materials.
