The idea is to try to extract higher bids but I'm guessing in the long run bidders will boycott auctions that have it. 

Here's an extract from their website for a technique they offer using "gap funding" (involves bringing in a 2nd lender, effectively an equity partner who plugs your funding gap for a share of the profits).

I was thinking these might be a decent deal for me - they claim these "loans" can be repaid at any time, and I am not expecting any meaningful appreciation in my (Silicon Valley) places for a few years.  

If you think you can apply a meaningful use of blockchain to your project, let's do it. 

Talk to anyone who has created something meaningful in any asset class and they will tell you there were many roadblocks and tough lessons on their path to success.

If your seller was given a good offer that was reasonable by a strong buyer would they go to LOI and proceed with us OR Are they looking to hold offers for 3 weeks and have multiple rounds of bids to extract another 25 basis points on the sales price?

The maintenance charges sometimes have no meaningful description, and I observed on my own that I hadn't gotten a Section 8 payment on Nov 1.

The second DTI ratio looks like it will be my primary hurdle for all future conventional financing unless the rental income starts meaningfully contributing to our regular W2 income.

General Questions about taking the next step: 1.Funding my next investment: I sit on some equity, especially with House A and C, but I do not want to sell the properties, a full equity extract would be great but I do not want to be 1:1 for mortgage payment vs. rental income as I want to leave room for issues/repairs.
