I ask this because it does not mention anything about retirement accounts, at least as far as I have read, and if I did put money into a 401K it will take about 4-5 years to save that much with my current living expense, (the largest parts being rent, insurance, and transportation, as mentioned in the book)Thoughts on this would be great.

If you calculate just college student debt, getting married, having kids, buying cars for transportation, health insurance, having a house, food, clothing, etc. the system is designed for the public to make just enough to survive to live another day.

Though my property is within 2 blocks of the community college, a private university (Simpson) and a school of ministry, plus adjacent to a convenience store, and public transportation. 

Too vague to figure out which property, as there's 150+, but not too squishy where you're wondering if the property is in the good area of the neighborhood, at the edge, close to transport, etc.  

Was trying to see if anyone had a recent cost for enclosed 3 story porch and/or open 3 story porch.

A flourishing city has no real reason to be here if there is no major transportation happening up and down the rivers, most especially of finished steel, iron ore, and coal.

I like the ideas of soccer, futsal, enclosed play area, and community garden space.
