If I had access to this type of property I wouldn't even be on Bigger Pockets as farming is my passion but I think real estate is my vehicle to get to that destination.

Nightly rent seems good and it seems like a year round destination.

So while there is a point at which the numbers favour the tenant stiffing the landlord it certainly isn't within the first 30 days of being late and even within the first 60 it probably still makes more financial sense for them to pay their rent than walk away unless they won't be paying rent at their destination.

This is NOT a destination park, and primarily has long-term, month by month rental agreements.

I'm taking a chance on this but I think it will fair pretty well as this is a common summer get-a-way destination, and mobile and RVs are common to the area. 

Well, the "Page x of y pages" thing sort of gives you some of the same info, but I really made use the "x posts by y users" feature in the old interface.Many posts by many users tells you it's an active discussion with possibly a lot of valuable content.Many posts by few users suggests an argument or flame war in progress - MUCH less valuable.David J Dachtera"Success is not a destination.
