If you're doing this on your own for Illinois, first look up the LLC here: https://www.ilsos.gov/corporatellc/Some LLCs will have whoever the sole member is listed as the agent with their home address there, while others will have their attorney or a company like CSC (and in that case its a dead-end).

In that scenario, who counter-signs the leases with tenants, signs checks, etc.Since it's a child LLC, with a single member, and that member is the WY LLC - it's just a bit unclear if you sign as the parent LLC, or a member of the parent LLC or what.Example: You have a new tenant at 123 Main St., LLC.
