If you get past I-77 (roughly 10 -12 minutes north), you get back into some nice areas again (highland creek, mountain island area).The exits 3-4 south of me are doing wonderful (south Mint Hill, Matthews, Indian Trail)I think it would be very hard to invest without being here and seeing the areas for yourself.   

But you have a crystal clear paper trail and tax record of using that property for full investment use.  

Then cashflow split would be transferred via ACH bank transfer as to have paper trail for tax purposes.

Basically, the trail to find the original holding company members runs cold and it appears that they unsuccessfully tried to liquidate their assets.

I've continued searching, and John White on Hendersonville Rd (where Long Shoals comes in) was willing to help me with two stacked closings with one week's notice- so I'll give him and John Rose both a hollar when they come up for me in the future, and see who can rally for me  :)

I like AirB&B, and due to my conversation with Al the other night, I WILL be adding a bike included in my AirB&B rental, or possible separately for rent, because it works very well with my location next to a beautiful lake w/ bike trail around it, and can take it to downtown SF quickly on BART to ride around, bike to downtown Oakland, etc.

It just shows up in the trail of the property ownership.

They just built a huge tennis center near berry college and the ACC tennis championships were just played there, some movie filming, minor league baseball and they're getting better with promoting our rivers, hiking trails and historic downtown.From what I've read I think Huntsville is similar in that it's a bit undiscovered because it's in a weird spot in NE Alabama but has tons going for it because of the Aerospace and other manufacturing and it also has the education and medical draw for the area.
