I have to agree with them that it is harder to make a big career change when you are responsible for a big mortgage and have several mouths to feed.Now the good news - though not a crystal ball by any stretch of the imagination, many millennials have shared that they expect to purchase in their mid to late 30s.

Because crystal balls are not standard issue in the profession, each of my CMAs has the disclaimer, "Information is reliable but not guaranteed", along with the cautionary tale of obtaining the professional opinion of licensed contractors, attorneys, CPAs, etc. because I am neither.

Depending on your own crystal ball and tax bracket, it might make more sense to take the hit this year and pay the long term capital gains taxes, rather than defer to a later year when the rates might be higher.Good luck, and congratulations!

They now are crystal clear that the late fees are going to be assessed each month going forward.
