Even if they are good agents and have the best intent, if they get busy with their own property or their own family emergencies, you suffer.  

That may be a different story going forward now that oil is suffering and the movie industry has nearly died here.If I had to guess though I would think you probably would not lose money buying a good home in a decent area.
