You can always have your management company LLC collect rents etc. as it too will have its own expenses.So think: - asset protection, land trusts- holding company- getting the right business structures in place to protect your investments and that too will have its own tax advantagesI am very new to RE investing scene and do not have any properties but I have done a lot of research and will be implementing very soon.That's just my bit...
