At times it's incredibly scary, nervewracking, risky and down right terrifying venture that we call Real Estate Investment but we do it, love it, wouldn't change it for the world and we go on to reap the rewards.My strong reason why is to allow the time for me to spend it with family in a HUGE Class A RV seeing the beautiful sights of this incredible country we call home - USA!!!

I'd argue its not my responsibility to examine how the 1099 issuer/tenant applies those payments to their own finances, whether its funneled through the corp or on the personal taxes.
