They're considerably more expensive if you're trying to do a home (vs one space) and the units mounted on the interior walls are not expected and considered obtrusive by some.I do think they'll become more common over time but while I've seen lots of them during international travel, I've never seen one installed here.

It would take me a day to cut the counter pieces and sink holes, a day to stain and poly and another day to install (pieces in place and get the sink and faucet placed)... the product held up well and still looks good, but you can’t have an under mount sink and it just turned into a time thing.

Maybe when you re-rent add this to your lease "pictures must be mounted with 1” brad style nails (very thin) and are limited to an average of X per room".

Problem solved, unit refilled, diagnosed with a terminally ill motor (about 3-5y left).

Would be awesome for college rental.basement has 12' ceilings. 3 gas meters w mounts for a 4th. 3 electric meters.

I’d add Butcher’s Hill and some blocks in Mount Vernon to the list. 

Now I have no deposit and a mounting loss.

I was (in my head) thinking about a scenario where a tenant took me (the landlord) to court for extortion...then the burden would fall on you, the evil landlord, to prove the mount charged was "reasonable and customary"I agree taking to court would be foolish, but never underestimate the potential folly of certain tenants.

I leaned how to cut and rejoin PVC for the plumbing and learned how to use a ramset to mount the track for closet doors.
