Are these legitimate wholesalers the very slim minority or is it more like nearly all other professions (doctor, mechanic, CEO) where the ones who stink give the rest a bad name?

If your girlfriend has 5 years left of school that means she has 2 more years to get her bachelor's and then 3 years of PT school to get her doctorate.

The difference is you inherently trust just about any doctor, but you have to find a GC you trust.

E-mail is fine too, Elizabeth, but I've Had some Judges backing away somewhat on e-mails because anything can be doctored up.  

Rent is always 750, but they understand the importance of paying on time.Plus, I read somewhere on here once say "they don't offer discounts b/c your doctor, dentist, mortgage company, etc doesn't offer you discounts on payments so why should you".

@Irina Belkofer I hate whenever realtors use the comparison to surgery/doctors... please don't take this the wrong way, but being a realtor is SIGNIFICANTLY different than being a doctor.

I am only one agent and I have had 2 past clients doctor the dates on policies that were with me but canceled for nonpay. 

Doctors, lawyers, and professors are a good source for passive investment capital.
