It's still unlikely they get this done on time, unless the trustees, which I think you have there, typically delay them for the defendant.

Others may soon be named as defendants in the lawsuit.The lawsuit is still at Discovery Stage, but I have chosen to speak out now for one basic reason: the longer these companies are not publicly condemned, the more landlords will suffer.

Also these follow up injunctions may be of interest... where they prohibit (via permanent injunction) the defendant from filing "fraudulent liens".

Have had respondents/defendants sell the property mid-process with no liability to the seller.

We've had their clients defend this mess while they continued to drink the kool aid and argue with us in forums about how we didn't understand what was going on and how Clayton was going to take care of them.

If the defendant win's, there may be other victims that want to pursue the fraudulent operators for the games they play. 

If anyone sued my buy/sell entity, my buy/sell and rental entities are separated, I have no insurance coverage and would have to defend myself out of pocket.

By the way, my response to the thread was not to defend investment in real estate or properties as some sort of inflation immune instrument but purely to clarify that the hypothesis (subject of the thread) wasn't/isn't scientifically verifiable with current data.
