Being pro-active like that is the kind of attitude that leads to success. 

That makes a tremendous difference.Another thing, in my opinion CPA's are effective for only a few things, and their attitude/perspective about money can cause you serious financial pain.

I love the Do It Yourself attitude on bigger pockets but judging from the broad base of your questions, either the best course of action is to do A LOT of reading quickly or find a real estate agent to help you.

Is one of the factors due to many training programs make this business seem like it can be learned overnight and the "just bid" attitude?

A self-competitive attitude goes a long way in this biz, working to out-do what you did yesterday.

@Atwan Kwan  most brokers would fire you for this attitude I know I wouldyou should simply sit down with your broker work a deal if the deal is not satisfactory go find another broker to work with.how would  you like to own the brokerage and your agents are trying to figure out how to take fee's that you deserve away from you.based on this I would never do anything with you on any level

I have spoken to the housing authority multiple times and the general attitude I get is one of complete heartlessness.
