I thought I'd post it here in case someone else ever comes across this same scenario.In the auction announcement, it mentions a specific document number that had been recorded in the clerk's office of the circuit court. 

At the last local BP meeting, we agreed to do them monthly, though the time and date for the next one has yet to be announced to my knowledge.

@Ludmila M. you have to follow state law.We use RingCentral which auto-announces calls are being recorded.

I see a lot of potential here (Apple announced & bought land for a new campus, Epic Games is also building a new campus here).

A few weeks ago we added @Messaging to our forums, and I'm happy to announce that today, we've added this feature to our member blog commenting system.

Many Passivhaus buildings are modular construction these days.Here in Canada, its only starting to happen and has very low public awareness - though Habitat for Humanity (Canada) has done a few pilot projects over the past few years and announced last year that modular construction was the way they were going:  cheaper, more energy efficient, quicker on-site construction.We are in the early stages of planning a Passivhaus development (stacked row houses) and have decided on a modular approach.

If you become licensed, the only thing you can do is to make a commission.There were a bunch of real estate friendly investors who announced that they would help.
