Yes, year one is like drinking from a fire hose but you'll learn it quickly and there are a LOT of resources at your disposal.

It would be the equivalent of having a tenant in your building operating a alcohol brewery without a license or someone operating a alcohol distribution business out of your property without a license.

The seal can rip if they have kids that put drinks on the door, especially glasses of coke that spill and run down the inside to dry on the bottom of the door, making the seal sticky.
