I would like to have a house in the beautiful rain forests of Costa Rica that has a main house with 3-4 smaller houses around it where my friends and I could stay and explore that beautiful country (by the way, the food alone is worth the trip). 

It doesn't cost a thing and it makes for a better life.

Some have the agency secure housing for them, but the vast majority of the time it’s the nurse finding the housing because they get to pick their housing and can control the cost a bit more

Places like Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, England, Costa Rica, Canada to name a few.

I believe that higher quality is going to cost a little more and you get exactly what you pay for in the end.

Are there areas where you can force equity by extensive renovation in San Mateo , Santa clara , Alameda or Contra Costa areas ?  

Now FYI, I think Milwaukee would not qualify on average for low holding cost as compared to say NV, AZ, CO.

None of the concepts are considered standard because to build a new state of the art facility would cost as much (or more) than the rest of the development!

My understanding is that it is not a service dog until it is fully trained and certified, this cost a large amount of money.
