However, Fannie/Freddie will not loan to an LLC and you cannot transfer title to an LLC after closing without triggering the due on sale clause (there are ways to mask the transfer though but no guarantees search the forums).My suggestion would be to find a local portfolio lender who offers 30 year fixed rate loans.
