BUT you did say I was "Mistaken" which is in general terms stating that I was "Wrong" and that is what I posted back to you.Originallly Account Closed initial post stated "Wholesale" which meant he was not going to take initial title but was going to sell the property out.

That's exactly what I assumed from earlier @J Scott when I mentioned this was probably mistaken for another company.
