Hey folks,Currently own a 1 acre land in the RDU area, NC (at the border of Chapel Hill/Durham, more specifically).

But just last year moved across the border to Indiana.

Mostly covering the smaller city’s between Rockford and the Wisconsin border ?  

As a Canadian, I am looking for information as to what the process is regarding  purchase, cross border taxation on revenues, US mortgages, private versus business/corporate arrangement, etc.

Right now we live in a great neighborhood in Indian Land SC, right across the NC/SC border.

Thanks for clarifying, but I see it is very close to the district's border, I guess the zipcode is driving the price up, so a property next block with a different zipcode will probably not benefit much from university district.
