I purchased two properties earlier this month (1 in Eastern Pennsylvania and 1 in Western Massachusetts), and plan to close on 2 additional properties next week.

Also expanding my local network, and looking for Multi-family investment properties in the western suburbs.  

Smaller multi-family is significantly more common in the Northeast, Midwest, and Western cities who had their economic boom in the roaring 1920s-60s and thus, tons of high density zoning was developed across the country (but not the South).
