Can anyone recommend a property manager in the Little Rock area? Looking at a duplex to purchase, but I live out of area.

It depends on whether the notes are residential or commercial; if residential whether they are owner occupied or non - owner occupied; and whether they are business purpose or consumer purpose.Most states have regulations regarding ORIGINATING mortgage loans, BROKERING mortgage loans may or may not fall under this classification.In any case the only states that require licenses to originate COMMERCIAL mortgage loans are Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

If you come across any 2 bed/ 1 bath distressed properties that I can get for 60% below market value in the area let me know.l'm open to partnerships if you ar looking to share a deal.Let me know ehat you are looking for and I will keep my eyes open also.

The chances of some guy buying a property from you who lives in Arkansas is slim and none!

I'm not sure about where I plan to invest, but I am leaning towards one or a couple of the mid-west markets such continuing in the Kansas City area since I already have a team there or possibly Springfield, Missouri, Northwest Arkansas, Omaha/Lincoln area of Nebraska, etc. 

Looking for a CPA in Northwest Arkansas that you would recommend based on your personal experiences.
