@SK I am trying to bid on a property online now and they said i was the highest bidder. then i get an email from the owner saying the highest offer is $26,000 am i still interested in the property so i told him yes and offered $28,000 mind you i have no cash of mine own whatsoever. but before i even bid on the property i contracted a lender thinking to get a loan for repairs he tells me he can loan me $50,000. so can i change my mind on repairing it and get a profit of $22,000

The cats large teeth are not even used for indoor cats as they are for shredding meat and prey so they use small teeth for cat food we buy at the store.

I also have to address this comment because it makes no sense whatsoever:"If someone lists with an agent and it takes months or years, what makes you think that seller will give it away to a "wholesaler" INSTEAD of reducing the price."

As to markets, here, trying to by off the MLS at 70% of the ARV (AASP, actually accepted sale price, LOL) won't happen, it's like finding hen's teeth.

They clean themselves by licking like cats do, but they chew things like dogs do.I would require the pet deposit because rabbits are known to chew molding/baseboards/any wood they can get their teeth on.

Some applicants for my house told me that they called the prop. mgmt company for the house across the street and were told by the mgmt co. that the current tenants there aren't cooperating with the showings, so the applicants were never able to see the inside of the house.I have something in my lease about this issue, but it doesn't really have any teeth in it right now.
